Brian Payne currently serves as the Director of Training for Engineered Systems, Inc. He has been employed with Engineered Systems for 16 years and brings to the classroom experience as a field maintenance technician, Branch Service Manager, and Director of Maintenance Services. During his time in the material handling industry, Brian has worked on equipment installations, equipment modernizations, technical support, crane and hoist inspections and testing, and crane and hoist operation. Brian has developed training courses for Fall Prevention and Protection, Overhead Crane and Hoist Operator Training, Overhead Crane and Hoist Maintenance and Inspection Training, and Rigging/Signalperson Training. Brian has also served as a volunteer firefighter and has certification in OSHA Firefighter, Firefighter 1 and 2, Interior Structural Firefighting, and LP Gas Firefighting.
